Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Stone Veneer and Wood Panel Products

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of stone veneer and wood panel products (“Products”) by Stone Innovations Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) to you (referred to as “you” or “your”). By placing an order for Products with us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product orders:
1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the products.
1.2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order. We are not responsible for any delays or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes and separation:
9.1. We reserve the right to change or amend this Agreement at any time by giving you notice.
9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

By placing an order for our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Stone Innovations Ltd and you relating to the sale of the products and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
