Return/Refund Policy

1. Qualification:
1. Products purchased directly from Stone Innovations Ltd are eligible for returns and refunds, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
b. Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on the part of Stone Innovations Ltd.

2. Return period:
1. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
b. Late return requests may be subject to denial or additional fees.

3. Return process:
1. To initiate a return, customers must contact Stone Innovations Ltd's customer support team and provide their order number, product details and reason for return.
b. Upon approval, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany the returned product.
c. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

4. Refill fee:
1. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
b. The replenishment fee covers handling, inspection and inventory replenishment expenses incurred by Stone Innovations Ltd.

5. Refund process:
1. Once the returned product has been received and inspected by Stone Innovations Ltd, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
b. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the original purchase, unless otherwise specified by Stone Innovations Ltd.

6. Non-refundable items:
